The Kustgatan 3 project was one of Familjebost\u00e4der&#8217;s two pilot projects aimed at developing a method for working with reuse and circular flows in their operations, with the results compiled in a report.<\/p>\r\n<p>V\u00e5rt uppdrag fokuserade p\u00e5 den omgivande marken mot staden och en rektangul\u00e4r innerg\u00e5rd. P\u00e5 utsidan h\u00f6ll vi fast vid resterna av den ursprungliga designen, till exempel lastkajen och betongv\u00e4ggarna. De flesta av de befintliga materialen och utrustningarna var d\u00e4rf\u00f6r av otillr\u00e4cklig kvalitet f\u00f6r \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndning. Det vi kunde \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda direkt fr\u00e5n platsen var till exempel betongplattor fr\u00e5n innerg\u00e5rden, som rengjordes och anv\u00e4ndes p\u00e5 byggnadens utsida ist\u00e4llet. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller det befintliga v\u00e4xtmaterialet kunde vi inte \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda n\u00e5got p\u00e5 grund av ogr\u00e4set \u00e5kerbinda i jorden. Detta gav en intressant inblick i hur Familjebost\u00e4der kan arbeta med v\u00e4xtf\u00f6rvaring mellan olika platser etc.<\/p>\r\n<p>Vi hade ett n\u00e4ra samarbete med byggnadsarkitekten om f\u00e4rgscheman och materialval, liksom med \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndningsarkitekten om \u00e5teranv\u00e4nda material och utrustning.
