Vi f\u00f6reslog en strategi som bygger p\u00e5 tre tydliga parallella str\u00e5k, som vart och ett erbjuder attraktiva stadsrum, sammanh\u00e4ngande gr\u00f6nomr\u00e5den och n\u00e4rhet till Viskan. Varje str\u00e5k har olika karakt\u00e4r, <strong>R\u00f6d<\/strong>, <strong>Gr\u00f6n<\/strong>, och <strong>Bl\u00e5<\/strong>. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kallade vi v\u00e5r strategi <strong>RGB<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"koncept\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mareldarkitektur.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/concept.png\" alt=\"koncept\" width=\"1357\" height=\"1207\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"211214_Situationsplan_1_2000_2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mareldarkitektur.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/211214_Situationsplan_1_2000_2.png\" alt=\"211214_Situationsplan_1_2000_2\" width=\"4961\" height=\"3508\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Den r\u00f6da v\u00e4gen \u00e4r en stadsgata med en bred f\u00f6rbindelse \u00f6ver v\u00e4g 40 och en ny gr\u00e4nd i s\u00f6der. Det skapar en sekvens av sammankopplade stadsrum med en sp\u00e4nnande blandning av industrihistoria och ny arkitektur. Den k\u00e4nnetecknas av aktiva bottenv\u00e5ningar, utrymme f\u00f6r gr\u00f6nska och starka entr\u00e9er.
