{"id":1465,"date":"2024-08-28T06:28:09","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T06:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mareldarkitektur.se\/?post_type=work&#038;p=1465"},"modified":"2025-09-26T08:04:48","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T08:04:48","slug":"forsakare","status":"publish","type":"work","link":"https:\/\/www.mareldarkitektur.se\/sv\/work\/forsaker\/","title":{"rendered":"Fors\u00e5ker"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Designprogram f\u00f6r industriellt centrum<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>Kategori:<\/strong> Konceptuell design <strong>Plats:<\/strong> M\u00f6lndal <strong>\u00c5r:<\/strong> 2023-2024 <strong>Klient:<\/strong> M\u00f6lndala Fastighets AB, M\u00f6lndals kommun<\/p>\r\n<p>The Fors\u00e5ker area is known across Scandinavia and Europe for the utilization of waterpower in production of paper at the former Papyrus paper mill, which has been an important part of M\u00f6lndal&#8217;s history and development.<\/p>\r\n<p>The post-industrial district of Fors\u00e5ker is undergoing major change &#8211; from a postindustrial site, nearing dereliction to a major new urban expansion for the city M\u00f6lndal including 3,000 new homes and 4,000 workplaces. The historic buildings are being supplemented with modern architecture and filled with restaurants, trade, culture, education, a hydroelectric plant and exciting urban environments that will allow the region to flourish again.<\/p>\r\n<p>Den process som leds av M\u00f6lndals stad, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.molndala.se\/\">M\u00f6lnDala Fastigheter AB<\/a> och ett konsortium best\u00e5ende av Aspelin Ramm, ByggVesta, Nordr, PEAB, Troll\u00e4ngen och Wallenstam.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c5r 2023 fick MARELD i uppdrag att ta fram ett designprogram f\u00f6r den kommande revitaliseringen av det tidigare
