Platsen ligger p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra minuters g\u00e5ngavst\u00e5nd fr\u00e5n stadens centrum och \u00e4r strategiskt bel\u00e4gen mellan ett sjukhus, idrottsanl\u00e4ggningar, skolor och bostadsomr\u00e5den. Den k\u00e4nsliga f\u00f6rskjutningen och omformningen av landformerna fr\u00e5n sovjettiden skapar en starkare sammanh\u00e5llning mellan utomhusscenen, g\u00e5ngv\u00e4garna och omgivningen och skapar ett multifunktionellt landskap.<\/p>\n<p>New habitats are created for various plants, animals, and insects. The establishment of continuously mowed grass surfaces has been avoided, the vegetation to be established is shrub and meadow grass &#8211; communities that are equally favorable for insects, small mammals, and small birds.
